Children and Parenting Disputes

If you and your spouse or partner separate, you may not be able to come to an agreement about where your children live and how much time they spend with each parent.

SA Family Law can help restore the day to day arrangements of your children that need to be decided because of the the separation, or if the current arrangements are not satisfactory.

We work with the client to try and find a non-litigious way of residing any dispute.  If an agreement cannot be reached you may need to make an application to the court where we will continue to focus on a resolution to the dispute whilst representing and supporting you throughout the court process at all times.
